Mechanical Installation: Lightweight aluminum rails mounted on reinforced concrete roof; tilt and azimuth optimized for East–West racking; module clamping with calibrated torque. Instead of penetrating the roof, the system was secured using precast concrete ballast blocks designed in accordance with the structural static project, ensuring additional weight stability without compromising the roof integrity. Electrical Scope: DC string layout optimized for East–West yield; AC cabling routed to main panels; SPD and earthing systems installed per IEC 61643. Safety Protocols: NFPA 70E fire-prevention standards, rooftop access control, and compliance with hurricane resistance codes. Commissioning: Thermal imaging of strings, inverter functional testing, SCADA handover with O&M manuals. Standards: IEC, NEC, Caribbean building codes.
